A new Little Red Riding Hood.

Posted by Laura (Moñacos, Cosicas y Meriendacenas) at 1:24 PM

Today I have a new A new Little Red Riding Hood to show you. We organized a give away in the facebook page and the winner could choose whichever the amigurumi they wanted as a prize. The winner was Susana, who signed up for the giveaway in the last minute and that seemed to bring her luck. :)
She chose a  Little Red Riding Hood.

I had already crocheted a blond one for the swap with Cosinas de Petri. She looked like this:

This time I wanted to make her as a brunette and with no braids, as I had seen her in some illustrations I found in the internet while looking up for inspiration.

I used the same colors for the dress and hood, but they were made differently. In both the hood is removable.

Here's a detail of the doll's body:

I used big blue eyes and now she looks at you with that sweet expression.... It's hard to let go of your amigurumi sometimes :(

Susana loved the doll and uses it as a brooch. Her 4 year daughter is also a great fan of this  Little Red Riding Hood and I'm really glad to hear that!!!

Do you like this new Little Red Riding Hood.?
