Hermione the unicorn

I received this little yarn buddy as a gift. I had an internal joke with a friend that he owed me so much that he could only repaid me with a unicorn... so he did.  Well, his sister did this, but it was a surprise that I didn't expect, which made it even more special.

Lorena  is the artist behind this amigurumi, but rumor has it, she has been helped with the hair and tail ;)

Solidary kittens

These little kittens have  been one  for a good cause. Judith y Gloria asked me for a few amigurumi cat brooches to be sold in a flea market in favor of  a cat rescue association.

Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of them finished. These are photos before I added a ribbon and a bell to each one of them. I made two as a brooch and two as a keychain.

I'm glad that they all found new homes at the market and people seemed to loved them, so I suppose I'll make more of these kittens. And the best thing is .. It's all for a good cause!
